Influencer Kim Ji-young from ‘Heart Signal 4’ revealed how she first met her husband Yoon Soo-young.
The April 7 broadcast of SBS ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams Season 2-You Are My Destiny’ showed the sweet daily life of newlyweds Kim Ji-young and Yoon Soo-young, two months into marriage.
The two first met through an introduction by Lee Joo-mi, who had appeared on ‘Heart Signal 4’ with Kim Ji-young. Lee Joo-mi, the leader of a reading club run by Yoon Soo-young, brought Kim Ji-young to a dinner, and Yoon Soo-young said he fell for her then and made a move.
Kim Ji-young said, “It was really obvious. I could feel he had a lot of interest in me. He couldn’t even look me in the eye. I wanted to go home, but he wouldn’t let me leave. At first, I actually thought I should keep my distance and we parted. I turned him down a few times before we met, right? When I counted, I had rejected him more than ten times.”
Yoon Soo-young said, “I don’t really get stressed by rejection. When are you free? For reference, I’m available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I once sent a message saying you could just pick from those.”
Kim Ji-young said, “As the rejections piled up, I felt a sense of obligation and met him once. I had about an hour and a half, so we met briefly at a cafe, and he turned out better than I expected.
