tvN weekend drama ‘How to Become a Building Owner in Korea’ (written by Oh Han-gi, directed by Im Pil-sung, planned by Studio Dragon, produced by Mindmark·Studio329, hereafter ‘Building Owner’) captures the powerful acting showcase of Ha Jung-woo, Im Soo-jung, Kim Jun-han, Jung Soo-jung, and Shim Eun-kyung amid unpredictable suspense revolving around a building, captivating viewers every episode. In the TV-OTT buzz rankings for the first week of April announced by Good Data Corporation’s FUNdex, ‘Building Owner’ took first place in the Saturday-Sunday drama category for three consecutive weeks, continuing to draw a heated response.

First, Kim Geum-soon, Hyun Bong-sik, Park Seo-kyung, and Ryu Abel appeared as neighbors and family connected to the Seyun Building, but became victims of unexpected incidents, leaving a strong impact.
Kim Geum-soon plays ‘Jeon Yang-ja’, the mother of Jeon I-kyung (played by Jung Soo-jung), and Hyun Bong-sik appears as ‘Oh Dong-gi’, the owner of the cafe on the first floor of the Seyun Building.
