The crossover group Forestella(Forestella) has changed the release date of its fourth studio album to the 23rd.
On the 8th, Beat Interactive stated, “The release date of the fourth studio album ‘THE LEGACY (The Legacy)’ by Forestella has been changed from the 20th to the 23rd. Forestella inevitably decided to change the release date to enhance the best possible sound quality and completeness. In particular, the title track has been produced using an analog mixing method to deliver a differentiated sound.”
On the 6th, Forestella heightened expectations by unveiling an image of the track list for ‘THE LEGACY’ on social media. According to the track list, a total of 12 songs will be included on this fourth studio album, including the title track ‘Armageddon (Amageddon)’ and the pre-released song ‘Still Here (Still Here)’, ‘Nella Notte (Nella Notte)’, ‘Etude (Etude)’, as well as ‘In un’altra vita (In un’altra vita)’, ‘And Spring’, ‘Flower Vase’, ‘Parla più piano (Parla più piano)’, ‘Scarborough Fair (Scarborough Fair)’, ‘Now We Are Free (Now We Are Free)’, ‘Snow Globe (Snow Globe)’, and ‘The Show Must Go On (The Show Must Go On)’.
Member Kang Hyung-ho served as producer, exploring the unique musical color of Forestella in depth and elevating the overall completeness. In addition, music director Jang Jae-won, who has continued to work with Forestella, lent his strength. Among these, ‘And Spring’ and ‘Snow Globe’ are original songs by Forestella released as a single in 2024 and as the second mini-album in 2023, respectively, and they will be reborn in new versions in 2026.

In addition, the entire track list is composed of songs that Forestella selected and previewed during the national tour from last season and on KBS 2TV ‘Immortal Songs’, which had already drawn enthusiastic responses from fans. The organic musical flow and narrative that lead from performances and stages to this fourth studio album showcase the meticulous planning of Forestella and further heighten expectations for the album.
Timed with the release of the fourth studio album, Forestella will present fans with a rich array of things to enjoy, including a concert tour and an exhibition. From April 21 to May 2, for two weeks, every Tuesday to Saturday, an exhibition titled ‘Fragments of Legacy (Fragments of Legacy)’ will be held at Gallery Bit (Gallery Vit.) in Jongno-gu, Seoul. This exhibition will present works that visually reinterpret the emotions and narratives of the 12 tracks on the fourth studio album through collaborations with contemporary artists, offering an experience that connects traces of the past with the gaze of the present.
The fourth studio album tour concert ‘THE LEGACY: SYMPHONY (The Legacy: Symphony)’ will open in Ilsan on April 25 and 26, then continue in Seoul on May 9 and 10, Incheon on June 6 and 7, and Busan on July 4 and 5. Music director Park In-young, who led the arrangement of the national anthem, will conduct, and in collaboration with the theater-music specialist orchestra ‘Prime Philharmonic Orchestra’, they will complete the first ‘Real Orchestra Sound’ performance since debut for Forestella.
The fourth studio album ‘THE LEGACY’ will be released at 6 p.m. on the 23rd through various online music sites.
