‘Shin I-Rang Law Office’ has captured Yoo Yeon-seok’s graceful appearance in hanbok.

On the 9th, his agency King Kong by Starship released several on-set stills of Yoo Yeon-seok, who portrays the spirit-possessed lawyer ‘Shin I-Rang’ that satisfyingly resolves the dead’s lingering (han), in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘Shin I-Rang Law Office’ (director Shin Jung-hoon, script Kim Ga-young·Kang Cheol-gyu, production Studio S·Mongjakso).

In the released photos, Yoo Yeon-seok is dressed in hanbok and holding a floral parasol, showing a demure charm. His bright smile as he takes pictures also conveys the warm, friendly atmosphere on set. He is seen checking his appearance in a mirror and focusing on the monitor. These are from a scene in which I-Rang, possessed by Na-hyun’s older sister (played by Esom), goes out in hanbok with Na-hyun; it is said that Yoo meticulously monitored every take to naturally capture the traits of the person possessing him.

Yoo Yeon-seok is actively showcasing a range of transformations through possession in ‘Shin I-Rang Law Office’. In particular, in episode 8 he was possessed by Na-hyun’s deceased older sister and, beyond a firm stance intolerant of injustice, he portrayed the character imbued with memories through a gentle way of speaking and a guileless face, delivering a tender yet moving ending. With the released stills heightening anticipation for the next story, attention is on what kind of performance Yoo Yeon-seok will deliver next.
