Set the Stage
The curated concert ‘2026 The Mixtage [3 Fingers : Jeong Seong-haxYoungsoxKim Jin-san]’, hosted by the live entertainment company Set the Stage(Set the Stage), will be held over two days, May 30 and 31, at the NOL Theater Hapjeong Dongyang Life Hall in Seoul.
‘The Mixtage(hereafter Mixtage)’ is a collaboration concert brand that combines the unique music and sensibility of each artist in a way exclusive to Mixtage to create a special stage. Going beyond simply sharing a stage, it features cover performances that reinterpret the music of the others, and a true collaboration in which the three artists complete a single piece together.
Under the subtitle ‘3 Fingers(Three Fingers)’, the Mixtage stage will feature three artists who represent the Korean fingerstyle guitar scene. The headliners are ‘Jeong Seong-ha’, an icon of Korean fingerstyle guitar; ‘Youngso’, an artist who leaves a deep resonance with restrained melodies; and ‘Kim Jin-san’, known as a master of percussive groove.
This exceptional combination of three artists sharing one stage draws even more attention as an ‘unprecedented collaboration’. Brought together for the first time through this Mixtage, this meeting is a rare combination that can be experienced only on this stage, heightening anticipation.
The performance is organized under the concept of ‘Three Artists, Three Stories, One Stage(Three fingertips complete one stage)’. Audiences will experience everything from solo stages that showcase the color and energy of each artist, to duo stages where the sensibilities of two artists intersect organically, culminating in a Mixtage collaboration stage where distinct individualities blend into one to create explosive synergy.
Set the Stage, the organizer of the performance, said, “A stage where diverse shades of emotion coexist and individual styles overlap to give birth to a new genre,” while adding, “Please look forward to a one-time-only sound from a special combination that could not be seen on broadcasts or on conventional stages.”
