The group BTS graced the special cover of the May issue of Rolling Stone magazine.
On the 14th, the music magazine Rolling Stone unveiled a group cover featuring BTS and an interview video. It is the largest project in Rolling Stone history, to be published simultaneously across 16 countries/regions worldwide including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, and the first attempt by a K-pop artist. One group cover and seven individual member covers will be issued.
In the photos, the members show deeper gazes and relaxed poses that reveal the presence they have built as global artists over the past more than ten years.

Through the interview, they also conveyed the intense reflection and growth that led them, after a hiatus, to return as a complete group. RM said, “The 14 tracks included on the new album ‘Arirang’(ARIRANG) will serve as an answer for those who wonder, ‘What will BTS be in 2026?’,” adding, “If we stop challenging ourselves, there is no reason to keep the team going.”
Jin said, “I have always thought there was no reason to continue activities if not together as a group,” and J-Hope shared, “In the process of making up for the shortcomings of one another, we realized again why we must be seven.” Suga likewise showed composure, saying, “Rather than being fixated only on results, I want us to take care of the health of each other and work with enjoyment.”

They also expressed their determination regarding future activities.
Jimin said, “Amid excellent members, I will further raise my capabilities to prove my value and to elevate the stature of the team,” and V emphasized inner growth: “During military service, I rebuilt my body and mind through ‘build-up’ and mapped out the next step as an artist.” Jungkook revealed his longing for the stage, saying, “During the hiatus, I earnestly wanted to perform and dance on stage,” indicating that he poured that feeling fully into this record.
The Rolling Stone group and individual covers and interviews will be released in sequence at 7 p.m. each day from today (the 14th) through the 20th.
