Park Bom, formerly of the group 2NE1, revealed a lengthy handwritten letter to fans, conveying her affection for the team and her inner thoughts.

Park Bom candidly recounted halting her studies in the U.S., coming to Korea to pursue her dream of becoming a singer, her audition at YG, and the difficult times before debut. She then mentioned, one by one, the roles and personalities of members including CL (Lee Chae-rin), Gong Min-ji, and Sandara Park, showing particular affection.

In particular, about Sandara Park, she described her as “Princess of the Philippines”, “so pretty”, and having “a voice that creates synergy when singing together”, and continued by praising her as “a go-getter who, despite being the older sister, works even harder in front of the members.”

However, last month Park Bom publicly posted a handwritten letter on her Instagram, claiming that “Sandara Park was caught with drugs, and to cover it up, they made me a drug addict,” which sparked a controversy.

In response, Sandara Park posted, stating, “I have never used drugs. I hope she (Park Bom) stays healthy,” and expressed a firm stance. Afterwards, Sandara Park ‘unfollowed’ Park Bom.
