Singer Kim Song, who has been engaging in heated exchanges over harsh political remarks, announced a relapse of panic disorder.

On the 18th, on the social networking service (SNS) Instagram, she wrote, “Panic has relapsed, I am taking medication again,” and added, “Today I feel so-so, I have no energy.”

She went on, “I do not feel like exercising, I do not even want to watch YouTube, the dishes are piling up, and I cannot be bothered to cook doenjang jjigae.”

She added, “At least getting my hair colored lifted my mood a bit,” and “Once home, back to square one. Laziness.”

Netizens who saw this flooded the comments with messages such as ‘There are days like that’ ‘Please do not be ill’ and ‘Stay strong.’

Up until recently, Kim Song revealed her political leanings and engaged in verbal spats with netizens. In December last year, she became embroiled in a so-called far-right controversy with posts such as “Anti-communism again today” and “Do not let lefties ○○ dare to discuss it.”

When critical comments poured in, she explained, “I deleted it because it was flooded with profanity.”

In October last year, regarding the case of the release of a Cambodian suspect, she posted a message suggesting that “the Democratic Party intervened,” and argued with netizens. To critical comments she shot back with expressions such as “leftist beggar mentality” and “cockroaches.”

In addition, in November last year, while publicly defending an archery athlete accused of a rigged-election conspiracy theory and of regional disparagement, she also directly addressed President Lee Jae Myung with, “Are you a thug?”

Kim Song married Clon member Kang Won-rae in 2003. Kang Won-rae was left paralyzed from the waist down in a traffic accident in 2000. After the accident, Kim Song continued to stand by her husband and lead the family, and for a long time received public support for that.
