At 12 a.m. on the 6th, I.O.I unveiled a music video teaser clip for the title track ‘Suddenly’ from its third mini album ‘I.O.I : LOOP(I.O.I : Loop)’ via its official social media channels.
The released clip opens with a daring scene in which Jeon Somi approaches Kim Doyeon and, without warning, leaves a kiss, instantly heightening immersion. The contrasting images of an unhesitating Jeon Somi and a seemingly flustered Kim Doyeon alternate to leave a strong impression. A short, movie-like sequence maximizes the title track's enigmatic tension and amplifies curiosity about the stylish narrative to be contained in the full music video.
The title track ‘Suddenly’ is a synth-pop track that delicately portrays waves of longing that surge without notice.
