Model and actor Megu has renewed her contract with her current agency, AL Company, and is set to embark on a strategic course to expand her future activities.

Megu and AL Company stated, “Beyond a simple renewal, we made this decision based on a shared understanding that the synergy between Megu’s unparalleled artistry and the agency’s management capabilities can be maximized,” and added, “Having confirmed each other’s vision, we will solidify her footing as an actor through more systematic and aggressive support.”

Earlier this year, as part of the CJ ENM x Korea National University of Arts School of Film’s 30th-anniversary project, ‘30 Reasons You Shouldn’t Quit Movies,’ Megu left a strong impression on audiences by playing the lead role of ‘Onda’ in the film ‘Save Thirty.’ In particular, she portrayed the psychological shifts of a character who rediscovers the meaning of life in a dreamy yet captivating manner, emerging as a rising newcomer drawing attention in Chungmuro.

Previously appearing as ‘Megu,’ ‘Koo Kyo-hwan’s girl,’ in Lee Ok-seop’s ‘Love Villain,’ she imprinted a singular presence among cinephiles; afterward, in ‘The Collection,’ she presented a tense psychological thriller alongside actor No Jae-won, steadily expanding her filmography as an actor.

Debuting straight into the ranks of global top models and conquering high-end brands and magazines, Megu is now extending her reach to the big screen, radiating her unique aura.
