Actor Baek Ju-ho, formerly of the group SF9, will enlist for active duty on the 11th.

Haewadal Entertainment, Baek Ju-ho's agency, announced on the 8th that he will enlist. The agency stated, “Baek Ju-ho will enter the Nonsan Recruit Training Center on the 11th and, after completing basic military training, will serve in the Army as an active-duty soldier” and added, “Since signing an exclusive contract with Haewadal Entertainment in 2024, he has been establishing his filmography in earnest as an actor.”

Baek Ju-ho has appeared in the web dramas ‘Milkid’ ‘Dugeun Dugeun Broadcast Accident’ ‘The Present Progressive of Having Loved’ ‘Starstruck’, and played the lead role of Lee Seong in the play ‘Yeodo’.

Last year, he appeared in the short-form dramas ‘Ssoni’s Competition’ and ‘I Can Hear Your Heartbeat’, among others. He also completed solo concerts in Korea and abroad as the singer Juho, conveying his presence as an all-around entertainer who moves between singing and acting.

Ahead of enlisting, through Haewadal Entertainment he said, “Although I am enlisting a little late because I have been continuing various activities, I will all the more diligently fulfill my duty of national defense and return” and added, “After discharge, I plan to remain active as both a singer and an actor.”
