Fan-favorite Ahn Hyo-seop has transformed into a farm owner who draws viewers in.
Actor Ahn Hyo-seop personally turned into a docent to introduce the farm, offering fans a special dose of healing. On the 6th, via the official YouTube channel of Ahn Hyo-seop's agency The Present Company, the second episode (feat. Farm Tour) of its in-house content "Human Documentary: I Like Quail" was released. Following the enthusiastic response to Episode 1, "Angel of Deokpung Village," this video shows Ahn Hyo-seop perfectly inhabiting his on-screen character "Matthew Lee" as he lovingly tends and gives a detailed tour of every corner of the farm.
In the video, Ahn Hyo-seop appears with the friendly greeting, "Hello, I'm Matthew Lee," and, with his characteristically gentle, mellow baritone, takes up the role of farm guide. Examining the white-flower Nuri mushrooms he grows himself and explaining the cultivation process one by one, he fully merges with the character and unabashedly displays the genius of a pro at his main craft.
While unveiling a secret space inside the farm for the first time, he playfully cautions a staff member who stepped in ahead of him, saying, "You can't go in there!", immersing himself in the role-play and bringing smiles to viewers' faces. He also carefully brushes dust off the tightly clustered mushrooms sprouting from a stump with a small brush and demonstrates harvesting them with care so as not to damage the roots - an attitude of sincerity toward even a single prop that was more than enough to impress.
Above all, Ahn Hyo-seop's dazzling looks shining under the warm sunlight called to mind a scene from a film. Even in a relaxed, natural setting, his unmistakably warm aura and the gentle gaze he directs at the camera conveyed his heartfelt effort to communicate more closely with fans.
Long known as a fan-pleaser who understands exactly what fans want, Ahn Hyo-seop once again proved his exceptional love for fans by filling the behind-the-scenes that they were curious about with a range of emotions. Delivering romance full of flutter and bite-sized fun in his work, and warm communication in behind-the-scenes content, he leaves the public wondering what new charms he will captivate them with next.
