Singer Jang Minho took the stage as a vocalist for the weekend drama ‘A Prescription for Love’ OST, performing ‘Only One, Only One’ with his singular tone.
Jang Minho enriches the emotional arc of the drama. The ninth OST for the KBS2 weekend drama ‘A Prescription for Love’, ‘Only One, Only One’, was released on the afternoon of the 9th through various online music platforms.
‘Only One, Only One’ is a trot ballad that captures the poignant reunion and fateful love of two people who finally face each other again after many years. Its lyrical melody and the build-up of emotion toward the latter half, combined with the rich timbre of Jang Minho, draw listeners in.
Alongside the plaintive tone and explosive vocals of Jang Minho, lyrics such as “The more I try to hold on, the more time keeps passing; only now have we found our love; stay with me for a long, long time” capture past misunderstandings and wounds and the true love realized only after much time, and are expected to win over listeners.
In addition, Song Dong-woon, one of the top OST producers in Korea who has produced hits including the dramas ‘Hotel del Luna’, ‘Descendants of the Sun’, ‘It's Okay, That's Love’, ‘Moon Lovers - Scarlet Heart Ryeo’, and ‘Our Blues’, as well as ‘Goblin’ OST tracks ‘I Will Go to You Like the First Snow’, ‘Stay With Me (Stay With Me)’, ‘Beautiful (Beautiful)’, and ‘I Miss You (I Miss You)’, served as executive producer for the OST, adding musical depth.
‘A Prescription for Love’ is a family drama in which two families, entangled in a hostile relationship for 30 years, resolve misunderstandings, heal the wounds they left on each other, and ultimately are reborn as one family. It airs on KBS 2TV every Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m.

At the recently held ‘K-Trot Grand Awards’, Jang Minho served as MC and led the event with assured delivery, and proved his prowess by winning four awards: ‘K-Trot Masterpiece of the Year’, ‘K-Trot One-Top of the Year’, ‘TOP 10’, and ‘Performance Award’.
