Jennie (JENNIE), a member of the girl group BLACKPINK and a solo artist, has generated significant earnings after establishing her one-person agency.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service’s electronic disclosure system on the 10th, ‘OA Entertainment’, founded by Jennie, paid her settlement payments totaling 23.8 billion won over the past two years. It paid 14.3 billion won in 2024 and about 9.5 billion won the year before.

In the audit report, the amount is classified under cost of sales and is presumed to reflect revenue generated from individual activities such as advertising, performances, music, and appearances. The breakdown by item was not disclosed.

Jennie established OA Entertainment after her individual exclusive contract with YG Entertainment ended in November 2023. Group activities for BLACKPINK continue through YG Entertainment, but individual activities such as solo albums, advertising, and performances are handled independently. Jennie owns 100% of OA Entertainment, and her mother serves as CEO.

OA Entertainment’s performance also stands out. In its first year, 2024, it recorded revenue of 18.9 billion won and operating profit of 580 million won, and last year it achieved revenue of 23.8 billion won. However, due to higher selling and administrative expenses, operating profit fell to 390 million won. Last year’s revenue increased 26% year-on-year to 23.8 billion won, continuing its growth trend.

Jennie was also the only K-pop star named to TIME’s ‘100 Most Influential People in the World 2026’.
