The girl group SeeYa has made a full reveal of the behind-the-scenes from the jacket shoot for their full-length album ‘First, Again’, timed with their first comeback in 15 years.
As SeeYa returns as a complete lineup for the first time in 15 years, the release of behind-the-scenes from the new album jacket shoot is further fueling anticipation for their comeback.
On the 10th, a video titled ‘Ep.46 Hello! We are SeeYa back with our 4th studio album! | Behind-the-scenes from SeeYa jacket shoot’ was uploaded to the official YouTube channel of Nam Gyu-ri.
The released video captures the members of SeeYa in diverse looks as they take part in the jacket shoot for the full-length album ‘First, Again’, which will be released on the 14th.
Early in the video, as she headed to the set, Nam Gyu-ri said, “This time, for our 20th anniversary, we are shooting the jacket for a full-length album, and it feels so amazing and fun. I feel excited,” expressing high expectations.
The album jacket drew attention with a concept that actively reflects the preferences of fans. Nam Gyu-ri hinted, “Today we will shoot various concepts, including one that captures the universe of CEO Nam, Executive Director Kim, and Managing Director Lee that many fans like.”
After successfully wrapping the first natural-concept shoot, Nam Gyu-ri said, “I always used to shoot alone, so filming together with the members in a variety of styles is enjoyable and fresh,” showing her special affection for them.
Even during breaks, they played around or monitored together, showcasing the tight-knit teamwork unique to SeeYa that made their 15-year hiatus feel insignificant.
The members, who displayed professionalism throughout the shoot, also showed confidence in the outcome. Lee Bo-ram added, “The results seem to have turned out much better than expected, so I am looking forward to fans liking them.”
At the end of the video, the trio appeared in the long-awaited ‘SeeYa Entertainment’ office look and captured attention with a playful skit.
The members said, “With the concept of CEO Nam Gyu-ri, Executive Director Kim Yeon-ji, and Managing Director Lee Bo-ram, we happily wrapped the jacket shoot using the office-version universe.”
Then, looking at the nameplates bearing their titles, they said, “It is our first time having nameplates, and it truly feels like success. We will keep pushing hard until the day SeeYa Entertainment is listed,” eliciting smiles.
Previously released teasers, including the live teaser for the track ‘Andwaeyo’ by Lee Bo-ram and Nam Gyu-ri’s striking ‘STAY’ teaser, along with various other spoilers day after day, are drawing public attention to the highly polished album.
The full-length album ‘First, Again’ by SeeYa will be officially released at 6 p.m. on the 14th through various music platforms. On the day of release, they also plan to open their first offline pop-up store since debut for a special meeting with fans.
