Gripping tension that breathes vitality into the drama
JTBC ‘Mojamussa’
Actor Han Sun-hwa orchestrated the pacing of the story and captivated viewers.
In the broadcast on the 9th of JTBC’s weekend drama “Everyone Is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness” (hereafter ‘Mojamussa’), the story followed Jang Mi-ran (Han Sun-hwa) as she made a sudden confession to Hwang Dong-man (played by Koo Kyo-hwan).
In that day’s episode, Jang Mi-ran ended up sharing drinks with Byun Eun-ah (played by Go Youn-jung). Earlier, having revealed complex emotions in response to Byun Eun-ah’s undeniably sharp candid remark, the sight of the two drew attention. In addition, she said that Byun Eun-ah had a force that grounds her, heightening anticipation for their relationship going forward.
Meanwhile, when the group went all the way to the sea, Jang Mi-ran revealed that she liked Hwang Dong-man, leaving everyone flustered. Moreover, when Hwang Dong-man’s emotion watch displayed ‘Awkward’, Jang Mi-ran burst out in disbelief, making the development even more intriguing.
Not only that, on the drive back she delivered a full-blown speech about ‘Awkward’, and when Park Young-soo (played by Jeon Bae-soo) nodded off, she unleashed fierce anger, keeping viewers smiling throughout.
In this way, Han Sun-hwa took charge at just the right moments and seized viewers in an instant. Above all, though she appears free-spirited, she brought to life the character’s underlying inner wounds, anguish, and conflicts by fully leveraging the character’s traits.
Furthermore, as she became fully intertwined with Hwang Dong-man and Byun Eun-ah, the narrative fun was further amplified, adding to many people’s expectations for her future performance. In this way, Han Sun-hwa clearly showcased her own color and acting, demonstrating an irreplaceable presence.
Meanwhile, the JTBC weekend drama starring Han Sun-hwa, ‘Mojamussa’, airs every Saturday at 10:40 p.m. and Sunday at 10:30 p.m.
