Actor Ji Chang-wook shared his own thoughts on investing in stocks.

On the 16th, the YouTube channel ‘Ddeun Ddeun’ released a video titled ‘The Outing Is Just an Excuse’. The video featured actors Koo Kyo-hwan, Jun Ji-hyun, and Ji Chang-wook from the film ‘Gunche’, who talked about various topics.

That day, Yoo Jae-suk asked the three what content they had been enjoying recently. Ji Chang-wook responded, “These days I’m into U.S. stocks,” an unexpected answer that made Yoo Jae-suk smile.

Ji added, “I started watching out of curiosity, and lately it’s so much fun.” Yoo Jae-suk also asked Nam Chang-hee, “Do you invest?” and Nam said, “I do. I’m a full-on investor. A super ant. The returns aren’t great. It’s not in the red, but I do keep it in the plus. Since I only hold KOSDAQ stocks, none of them have gone up. KOSDAQ, fighting.”

Yoo Jae-suk asked Ji Chang-wook about his returns. Ji said, “Mine are just not bad,” and Yoo joked, “Why are you saying it so sullenly?” bringing big laughs to the set.

He continued, “Rather than doing it for short-term gains, I put some trust in companies,” adding, “For example, if there is a certain company, isn’t the chance of me going bankrupt higher than that company going under? Big companies are less likely to fail than I am. Rather than entrusting the money I have to myself, I think it’s much safer to entrust it to smart CEOs.” He shared his own philosophy.
