Actor and singer Park Ji-hoon has returned as the very embodiment of a ‘cook soldier’.
In episode 3 of the TVING original ‘Becoming a Legend as a Cook Soldier’ (written by Choi Ryong, directed by Cho Nam-hyung), which aired on the 18th, Park Ji-hoon took on the role of Kang Seong-jae and delivered a performance that confronted head-on the crisis of a position change.
Earlier, Kang Seong-jae made pork cutlet to persuade Company Commander Captain Hwang Seok-ho (Lee Sang-yi), but failed to fill the favor gauge within the quest time limit and failed to change jobs. He even suffered the pain of the system shutting down completely.

Opting against a special-occasion menu, Kang Seong-jae prepared ‘boneless pollock braise’, recalling how his father had once removed the fishy smell of steamed skate with tomato sauce, and unveiled a ‘pomodoro boneless pollock braise’ using tomato sauce.
However, using high-level recipes in succession left Kang Seong-jae with depleted stamina. In the end, Kang Seong-jae collapsed, and a system overload shutdown notice popped up, closing on a shocking ending that heightened tension for what follows.
