The actor-turned-YouTuber Lee Hae-in, known as a ‘4-billion-won building owner’, is drawing attention for remarks about stock investing.

On the 18th, on her social media she wrote alongside a video, “If I had bought Samsung Electronics instead of a building, if it had been (SK) Hynix”. She added, “On one side vacancies and leaks, on the other economic freedom, but anyway I already bought a building”.

The video features the line ‘If I had bought stocks instead of a building with 1 billion won’, followed by scenes of Lee Hae-in drying her hair. It also shows her struggling with real-life issues such as vacant units and leaks, interest burdens, and various utility bills.

It also depicts her imagining enjoying economic freedom by buying Samsung Electronics and (SK) Hynix.

She previously revealed that she purchased a building in the 4-billion-won range with a loan of about 3.2 billion won. More recently, she shared that she is preparing to launch a cosmetics brand business in earnest.

Lee Hae-in debuted as an advertising model in 2005. Later, through the tvN variety program ‘Fun TV Rollercoaster’, she gained major popularity with segments such as ‘Life of Men and Women’ and ‘Heol’.

At present, she is active mainly on her personal YouTube channel and has also drawn attention for content in which she plays musical instruments while wearing revealing outfits.
