The genre-blurring multi-platinum artist Machine Gun Kelly (mgk) will stage his first-ever show in Korea this year.

Having dismantled the boundaries between rap, rock, and alternative pop to build a singular musical spectrum, American multi-platinum artist Machine Gun Kelly (mgk) will finally meet Korean fans through his first-ever performance in the country.

This Korea date is part of a world tour celebrating the seventh studio album released by mgk, ‘Lost Americana’, which has amassed 20.6 billion streams worldwide and millions of albums sold.

The historic Korea concert by Machine Gun Kelly will take place at 7:30 p.m. on August 19, 2026, at KINTEX Hall 9A in Ilsan.

After first standing out in the hip-hop scene with fierce rapping early in his career, mgk has built a distinctive spectrum by fusing pop-punk and rock sounds, even topping the Billboard album chart. The seventh studio album ‘Lost Americana’ has reached No. 4 on the ‘Billboard 200’ and No. 1 on the ‘Top Rock & Alternative Albums’ chart, continuing a global phenomenon.

On this studio album, Travis Barker, drummer of the legendary band Blink-182 and a longtime musical collaborator, took part in production, elevating its overall quality. With tracks such as ‘Cliché’ and ‘Vampire Diaries’ that showcase even more refined pop-punk and rock sounds, the record has earned critical acclaim.

The show is expected to offer a stage that presents the musical evolution of mgk at a glance, from rap, the root of his music, to dynamic rock sounds. Along with the signature high-energy performance that defines mgk, it promises an intense live experience, and anticipation is especially high among fans who have waited a long time.

All tickets will be standing, priced at R 154,000 KRW and S 143,000 KRW. Purchases will be available from 7 p.m. on May 28 through the official vendor NOL Interpark Ticket.
