Yang Chi-seung, a fitness trainer and television personality who recently went through the ordeal of closing his business, has announced a new start.

On the 3rd, Yang posted a photo on his social media (SNS) along with the caption “Opening at Gangnam Station in June~ Guess the three letters in the circles~”.

The released photo bore the phrase “Director Yang Chi-seung OOO Club COMING SOON!”. Netizens began to speculate from his post that he might be reopening a gym.

Yang trains the workouts of Jin of BTS, Song Ji-eun, Kim Woo-bin, Hyun Woo, and others, and on television he rose to fame through the Sung Hoon episode of ‘I Live Alone’. The gym he ran also gained renown after visits from actors Choi Kang-hee, Han Hyo-joo, and Jin Seo-yeon.

However, he shared that last year he shut down the gym he had been operating due to being a victim of a jeonse scam, which plunged him into a serious hardship. After the closure, he reportedly took a job managing apartment community facilities and continued commuting to work.

Through SNS, he also shared an update, saying “(from owner) I became an employee” and “I manage everything from breakfast service to the gym, golf facility, and sky lounge”.
