The ‘ink wash painting voice’ singer Song Min-jun has signed an exclusive contract with Grace E&M, which is home to Lee Chan-won, Kim Hee-jae, and Park Ji-hyun, and will continue his emotional trot path.
On the 4th, Grace E&M stated, “We have signed an exclusive contract with Song Min-jun, who is receiving much love for his emotional vocals and outstanding singing ability,” and added, “We plan to actively support him so that he can more widely showcase his musical strengths and potential.”
Song Min-jun made a strong impression on the public by finishing eighth on TV Chosun’s “Mister Trot 2.” He later appeared on MBN’s “King of Active-duty Singers 2,” where he showcased stages filled with delicate emotion and deep resonance, and he received much love, earning the nickname ‘ink wash painting voice’ for his uniquely soft and rich tone.
Building his own musical world on the strength of excellent vocals, sincere performances, and nuanced emotional expression, Song has enjoyed steady support. On his first mini album ’Prologue(Prologue)’ released last year, he participated directly in lyrics·composition, proving his capabilities as a singer-songwriter and presenting a more mature musical color and broader expressiveness. He is also expanding his connection with the public by working across various fields, including music shows as well as variety and radio.
