KBS2 miniseries ‘Simu-myeon Yeonliri’ capture

In the finale of the KBS2 miniseries ‘Simu-myeon Yeonliri’ (directed by Choi Yeon-su / written by Song Jeong-lim, Wang Hye-ji / produced by Sim Story), airing at 10 p.m. on the 11th, Sung Tae-hoon (played by Park Sung-woong) and Im Ju-hyung (played by Lee Seo-hwan) have a secret meeting with the mysterious field manager No Hyun-gap (played by Jung Sun-cheol).

In the previous broadcast, a fertilizer receipt signed by Yeonliri residents was turned into a consent form for establishing a ‘Matstory’ factory, delivering a shock. Sung Tae-hoon realized that all of this was a scheme by Director Choi (played by Min Sung-wook) and that he himself had been thoroughly used. Afterward, he clashed with the residents by pressuring them to sell their land, but it was revealed that he had joined hands again with Im Ju-hyung to expose the misdeeds of Director Choi, providing a twist.

Amid the suffocating standoff, Sung Tae-hoon provokes the mindset of No Hyun-gap, who has been in a similar situation, in an attempt to probe his true intentions. Im Ju-hyung also listens to No Hyun-gap more intently than ever, creating a taut mood.

Formerly a ‘Matstory’ employee and the person in charge of the Yeonliri project, No Hyun-gap draws attention over whether he stands with ‘Matstory’ or intends to protect the people of Yeonliri. Focus is on the choice of a man who has lived hidden in Yeonliri for ten years. How the suspiciously acting No Hyun-gap will function as a final variable has emerged as a key point to watch in the finale.
