News has emerged of the death of YouTuber Sukyzin (real name Kang Su-jin), a cousin of Red Velvet's Seulgi.

On the 11th, according to Sports Kyunghyang's reporting, YouTuber Sukyzin (real name Kang Su-jin), a cousin of Red Velvet's Seulgi, has passed away.

Earlier, an obituary comment, believed to have been left by a family member, was posted on the YouTube channel "Sukyzin".

The writer introduced herself as "Sujin's cousin living in the United States" and said, "My heart is heavy to deliver the sudden sad news to the many people who cherished and supported Sujin."

She continued, "Our beloved Sujin became a star in the sky on June 7 due to a sudden accident," adding, "Family and friends accompanied Sujin on her final journey."

Sukyzin once drew attention with a video she filmed with Red Velvet's Seulgi. They were known to share a particularly close bond, and Seulgi also showed their closeness by sharing photos from a trip to Kyoto with her cousin on her social media.
