As former U-KISS member Eli announced his remarriage six years after his divorce from Ji Yeon-soo, scenes from a past broadcast in which he appeared with his son Min-su are being revisited, and netizens continue to express concern.

On the 11th, Eli shared a wedding pictorial on his social media and announced his remarriage to his non-celebrity girlfriend.

He said, “The past five years were the most difficult time in my life and a period of many changes,” adding, “In that process, I met someone who brought me understanding, happiness, and calm.”

He continued, “I am grateful to be able to share that I have found someone to spend the rest of my life with,” signaling a new beginning.

As the remarriage news spread, scenes from the 2022 TV Chosun variety show ‘We Got Divorced 2’, in which his ex-wife Ji Yeon-soo and son Min-su appeared with him, are drawing attention again online.

At the time, five-year-old Min-su, meeting his father Eli after a long while, said, “Dad, can you just live at our home?”, “Do not go,” and “Let the three of us sleep together,” as he shed tears.

In particular, Min-su even knelt as he pleaded and held on to his father, asking, “Dad, you did not drive our mom out, right?”, “Did you perhaps get married in the United States?”, and other questions, prompting viewers to feel deep sympathy.
