Singer Seo In-young has announced her remarriage and even brought about a full-lineup reunion of Jewelry, signaling a new beginning.
News of Seo In-young remarrying was recently reported. The groom-to-be is Choi Ji-hoon, CEO of the content creative company NP, six years older than Seo. The two met through an acquaintance and became a couple, and they are said to be planning a wedding in the second half of this year.
On the 9th, Seo In-young said on her YouTube channel, “I met my current boyfriend through a blind date. I was drawn to how confidently he approached,” and added, “In the past I sometimes preferred someone wealthy, but now I like someone who works hard. I like someone responsible and sincere.”

She also said candidly, “Comments like ‘Let us see how many months it lasts this time’ hurt me the most,” and, “To be honest I am scared. But this time I will really try to live well. I always try. I would appreciate your support.”
As interest grew in the groom-to-be, CEO Choi Ji-hoon, NP, the company he leads, also drew attention. On the 15th, NP announced a merger with Wysiwyg Studios.
Wysiwyg Studios is an affiliate under the domestic mobile game listed company Com2uS, and after Com2uS withdrew its acquisition of Artist Holdings, which includes Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung, it joined hands with Wysiwyg Studios and invested $17,250,000 (23,000,000,000 KRW) in RBW, home to MAMAMOO, expanding its media footprint.

There was another piece of welcome news for Seo In-young: a full-lineup reunion of the group Jewelry.
Recently, a video of Jewelry performing with its full lineup was released on Seo In-young YouTube channel. In the video, Park Jung-ah, Lee Ji-hyun, Seo In-young, and Jo Min-ah, as well as Ha Joo-yeon, gathered for the first time in 20 years and performed signature hits by Jewelry such as ‘Again’, ‘I Really Like You’, ‘Superstar’, and ‘One More Time’, drawing attention.

In particular, for the ‘One More Time’ stage, even Ha Joo-yeon joined, and the five members performed together, completing a truly full-lineup stage. After the performance ended, the members hugged each other and shed tears, saying, “It was a very meaningful time for us. We hope viewers felt the same way.”
Above all, this stage was even more meaningful because Jo Min-ah, who had been at the center of rumors of discord, took part. In 2023, Jo Min-ah alone did not attend Seo In-young wedding, fueling speculation of friction, and Jo later sparked controversy by implying through social media that relations with the Jewelry members were strained.

In response, Seo In-young recently appeared on Lee Ji-hye YouTube channel and candidly said, “It was not that I invited everyone except Jo Min-ah to the wedding,” and, “I did not reach out first. I am sorry.” In the meantime, Jo Min-ah joined the full-lineup stage, putting an end to the discord rumors.
