Broadcaster Park Sung-kwang's wife, Lee Sol-yi, denied the divorce rumors, but said they spent their vacations separately.

As the controversy grew, Lee Sol-yi denied the divorce rumors, saying, "It had a bit of a hook and many of you were worried, so to clarify, I actually wrapped it up nicely by saying that love is about embracing those differences."
