It was confirmed that the older sister of Kim Min-ju, a cast member of the dating reality show ‘Heart Signal 5’, is actress Jinri.

On the 8th, Jinri’s agency Outer Universe told Sports Kyunghyang, “It is true that Jinri is Kim Min-ju’s older sister.”

Earlier, in the episode of Channel A’s ‘Heart Signal 5’ that aired on the 7th, Kim Min-ju was shown meeting her older sister at a cafe and opening up. On the show, the sister asked, “Why have you lost so much weight?” out of concern, and Kim Min-ju candidly shared her complicated feelings toward Kim Sung-min.

In an interview with the production team, Kim Min-ju introduced her sister as “an irreplaceable friend and the greatest source of strength.” After quietly listening to her younger sister, the older sister eventually shed tears and said, “It’s been a while since we met, and you look so thin and preoccupied. As your older sister, I hope you won’t be hurt too much.”

After parting with her sister, Kim Min-ju said in an interview, “To be honest, I still resent him. I wonder if he understands the feelings and sincerity I poured out?” revealing her bitter feelings and evoking viewers’ sympathy.
