The girl group RESCENE recreated the senior group KARA’s legendary ‘pink rubber gloves’ cheer, showcasing warm seniorjunior chemistry.

On the 9th, RESCENE’s official YouTube channel ‘RESCENE’ released a video titled ‘RESCENE ’Pretty Girl‘ (Fanchant Guide)’.

In the video, Woni said, “Today, we’re here to film the fanchant for our special album ‘Pretty Girl’,” kicking things off energetically.

Minami added, “We also brought a special item, right? Let’s use this to cheer as hard as we can,” heightening expectations.

The special item RESCENE unveiled that day was none other than pink rubber gloves. Back in 2008, when KARA promoted ‘Pretty Girl’, fans wore pink rubber gloves to match the handgesture choreography reminiscent of rubber gloves on stage, leaving this as an iconic cheering prop in K-pop history.

Wearing pink rubber gloves on both hands, the RESCENE members carried on KARA’s legacy and presented a refreshing, highenergy ‘Pretty Girl’ fanchant guide.

The members’ bright smiles and shouts of “Fighting!” while wearing the gloves were more than enough to fully convey their respect and love for the originators.
