Actor Uhm Jung-hwa revealed her affection for Park Sung-woong, with whom she has worked together for a long time.

In an interview with Sports Kyunghyang held on the afternoon of the 4th at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Uhm Jung-hwa shared her first impression of Park Sung-woong, with whom she again played a married couple through ‘Okay Madam 2’.

She said, “At first, there were comments like, ‘Is actor Park Sung-woong a bit intimidating?’ When I had only seen him at events, his charisma was so strong that I thought he might not be easy to be around, but after our first meeting, that changed completely,” and, “Sung-woong opened up first, and now we are like family.”

She continued, “Even after filming ended, we met often enough to celebrate birthdays together. The scenes of arguing at home felt so comfortable that I could act freely.”

Smiling, she also spoke about the dad jokes that have become a trademark of Park Sung-woong, saying, “I really like that kind of humor. Of course, if it goes on too long it can be tough, but ‘Babamba’ really has no end. Still, to be honest, it is funny.”

Meanwhile, the film ‘Okay Madam 2’ is a comic action movie about the family of Lee Mi-young (Uhm Jung-hwa), who set off on a luxury cruise to escape the heat and become entangled in an unexpected incident. Following the previous installment, Uhm Jung-hwa, Park Sung-woong, Lee Sang-yoon, and Bae Jung-nam star, with Park Jin-joo, Ryeoun, and Choi Soo-young newly joining.
