Girl group RESCENE delivered heartwarming vibes by releasing a wealth of behind-the-scenes moments from challenges they did with legendary seniors.
On the 5th, a video titled “Challenge Train Departure” was uploaded to RESCENE’s official YouTube channel. The video captured the members of RESCENE energetically taking on challenges with music-industry legends including Brown Eyed Girls’ JeA, BIGBANG’s Daesung, Park Jin-young, SEVENTEEN’s Vernon and Dino, and (G)I-DLE’s Soyeon, drawing attention.

In particular, the highlight of the day’s video was the deep bond and meeting between member Minami and (G)I-DLE’s Soyeon. After finishing the challenge, Minami handed Soyeon a heartfelt, handwritten letter, taking her by surprise. After reading it, Soyeon showed her affection, saying, “I’ll put this on my fridge at home.”
Minami then said, “After we finished yesterday, I kept crying. Various emotions kept coming up. I’m happy, because I got to meet you, teacher,” and, overcome with emotion, she teared up once more.

As if proving their poignant history, Soyeon said, “I still can’t forget the ‘Havana(HAVANA)’ performance. I’m so happy we could meet like thiscongratulations, and thank you for doing so well,” and warmly embraced Minami.
When Minami said, “I should have greeted you sooner, but only now...,” unable to hide how overwhelmed she felt, Soyeon asked, “How old are you now?” Minami replied, “I was in middle school during ‘After School Excitement,’ but now I’m 21,” showing how much she had grown.
