A large number of artists from HYBE Music Group labels made the list of ‘promising, influential talents in the global entertainment industry aged 18 to 28’, drawing attention.
The U.S. pop culture magazine Variety announced the ‘2026 Young Hollywood Impact Report’ (Young Hollywood Impact Report 2026) on the 4th (local time) via its website.
LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin, KATSEYE, and CORTIS made the list, underscoring their influence. It recognizes talented musicians, content creators, actors, athletes, and others aged 18 to 28 who are poised to lead the future of the entertainment industry.
Variety described Huh Yunjin as “not only a member of LE SSERAFIM but also a songwriter and a core creative force shaping the group’s direction.” She contributed to eight of the 11 tracks on the second full-length album released in May, ‘‘PUREFLOW’ pt. 1’. Through the group’s albums as well as her self-written songs, she has consistently demonstrated her creative capacity. When asked about what lies ahead, Huh Yunjin said, “I will preserve the essence that is most quintessentially LE SSERAFIM.”

KATSEYE received praise as “one of the finest girl groups in contemporary pop.” In particular, Variety highlighted that KATSEYE performed their 2025 release ‘Gnarly’ at the 68th Grammy Awards in February as Best New Artist nominees, and that they delivered an overwhelming live performance at April’s ‘Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival’.
The members shared, “We drew artistic inspiration from watching countless festivals and award shows since childhood, and it feels like a dream to have stood on those stages ourselves.” They are set to release their third EP, ‘WILD’, on August 14.
On CORTIS, the magazine spotlighted them as “a new K-pop star and a skilled group from BIGHIT MUSIC, home to BTS.” With their second mini album ‘GREENGREEN’, released in May, they reached No. 3 on the Billboard’s main albums chart, the ‘Billboard 200’, and they have continued their momentum by selling out every seat on their first tour across nine cities worldwide.
They are also growing rapidly, achieving the strongest results among boy groups that debuted within the past five years across multiple fronts. The five members told Variety, “We want to maintain the team’s intrinsic identity as we grow. Even if our musical style and sound evolve, we hope people will still be able to recognize CORTIS right away.”

HYBE is showcasing a diverse array of music through a multi-label system that operates independently based on each label’s unique identity. It is meaningful that artists from several labels were selected for the ‘2026 Young Hollywood Impact Report’, receiving recognition for their individual creativity and star power.
